I first discovered the Wim Hof Method through my love of extreme sports. Sports have always been a big part of my life and career as a PGA golf professional, pushing me to explore ways to optimize both physical performance and mental resilience. But my journey with the method became much deeper than just performance enhancement—it became a way of life.
When I experienced the sudden loss of my wife while raising my then one-year-old son, I searched everywhere for ways to cope—yoga, grief groups, therapy, exercise, books—but nothing had the same impact as the Wim Hof Method. The combination of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training transformed how I dealt with life’s challenges, giving me strength, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Now, as a certified Wim Hoff instructor, I’m honored to share this powerful practice with others. For me, teaching is a calling, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people break through their perceived limits, find balance, and develop resilience.
